📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance on financial processes and procedures.
• Implement and maintain financial systems using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
