As a Junior Companion Barista, you'll be at the heart of our operation, crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. You'll learn from our experienced team, mastering the art of espresso, latte art, and coffee brewing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty coffees.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning the coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Learn and apply best practices in coffee brewing and espresso art.
• Assist the barista in managing the coffee shop during peak hours.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee offerings.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or barista role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and French press.
• Familiarity with using coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of latte art techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and customer service.
