📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports and statements.,Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business growth and decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
