📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent their recurrence.,Monitor and maintain food safety standards to ensure the safety of our products.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective gear is properly maintained and available.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace and food safety management.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian workplace and food safety regulations and standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
