🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in polymer and composite materials research and development.,Strong background in polymer and composite processing technologies, including molding, curing, and joining techniques.,Proficiency in experimental techniques such as DSC, TGA, DMA, and rheology.,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational modeling of polymer and composite materials.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
