📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital storytelling campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and content calendars.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
