📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software is a plus,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Passionate about employee development and continuous learning
