📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
