Branch Buyer

In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities for specific branches, ensuring optimal stock levels, and negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improved efficiency. As a Branch Buyer, you will work closely with our branch managers and suppliers to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, and for ensuring that our purchasing processes are compliant with our company's policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for analyzing purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
We are offering a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage purchasing activities for specific branches, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with branch managers and suppliers to ensure that stores are well-stocked.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and report on purchasing performance metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
