📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with company goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development activities into the workplace.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development of learning materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Experience in coaching and mentoring employees.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
