📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Manage and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract new customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company initiatives and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
