You will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in various tasks, including inventory management, quality control, and process improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Production Manager in overseeing the production process.,Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.,Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Assist in training new staff on production processes and safety procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.,Understanding of production processes and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with coffee production processes is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
