📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise telesales agents to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to meet sales targets and company goals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and coaching to telesales agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
