Leaf Data Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our events and functions, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently and on time.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring all financial aspects are handled accurately and transparently.,Decorate and set up event venues, ensuring they are prepared for the event and meet the client's expectations.,Work closely with the event manager and other staff members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring it is ready for the next event or function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for event planning and hosting.
