📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Report on key account performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive business environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the outdoor or adventure industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Knowledge of the outdoor and adventure industry is a plus.
