Crown Pro Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
