📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Leverage Moodle and Microsoft Teams to create and deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills.
• Analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Support and mentor junior staff to ensure the successful execution of L&D initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, ASTD) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs using Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
