📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods and dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including ovens, stoves, and other equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with baking techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant culinary training or certification preferred.
