🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and procedures,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
