📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the outlet.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet environment that reflects the brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
