📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, both in-person and virtually.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
