📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the assembly process for high-frequency microelectronic packages, ensuring high quality and reliability.,Develop and implement new assembly processes and techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive NPI projects from concept to production.,Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in microelectronic assembly technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in microelectronic assembly, with a focus on high-frequency packaging.,Proven experience in leading NPI projects and driving process improvements.,Strong knowledge of assembly processes, materials, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with CAD tools and assembly process simulation software is a plus.
