📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.,Train and supervise site workers on safety procedures and best practices.,Maintain accurate records of project activities, safety incidents, and corrective actions.,Ensure the quality of work meets project specifications and client requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.,Proven experience in project management and oversight.,Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent is a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
