📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the store.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the bakery or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
