As Chief Baker, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled bakers, ensuring consistent quality, and driving innovation in our baked goods. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily baking operations, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Manage and mentor a team of bakers, fostering a productive and creative work environment.
• Develop and implement new recipes and baking techniques to innovate our product offerings.
• Monitor inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth production processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align baking operations with overall business goals.
• Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to maintain product excellence.
• Participate in walk-in interviews for potential candidates to join our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a baking or culinary management role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing baking teams.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience with bakery management software (e.g., Baker's Edge, BakeWorks).
• Familiarity with the local food industry in Bali, including understanding of customer preferences and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
