In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop and perfect our signature cocktails, ensuring that each drink is a masterpiece. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that our bar runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature drinks and classic favorites.
- Maintain and organize the bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Develop and perfect new cocktail recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Engage with guests, taking drink orders and providing excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously seek to improve your skills.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the bar area.
- Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 2 years of experience in mixology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Familiarity with bar software and inventory management systems.
