📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and dies
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize production schedules
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on production equipment
- Document all maintenance activities and record any issues or concerns
- Participate in safety drills and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist in the training and development of new operators
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with production equipment and maintenance tools
- Basic knowledge of steel manufacturing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
