🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction principles, including building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for project site visits.
