📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee the training and development of staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Plan and execute large-scale events and special occasions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in using operational management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
