📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Assist with special requests and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
  • Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest's stay.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
  • Previous experience in a 5-day work week or flexible work schedule is a plus.
